1. Service
Howell Opportunity Radar is a digital research and business-development intelligence service offered by Howell Commerce Co. The service organizes information from public and other lawful sources into a customer-facing opportunity feed.
2. No guarantee
Radar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timing, availability, bid eligibility, project award, profitability or completion of any opportunity. Public records can change. Customers are responsible for verifying official source documents and requirements before bidding, contacting a project party or making a business decision.
3. Access
Founding access is digital. Features, coverage, source availability, format and update frequency may change during the beta as the product improves. Access credentials are for the purchasing customer and may not be publicly shared.
4. Permitted use
Customers may use Radar for their own lawful business-development, estimating, prospecting, supplier and market-research activities.
5. Prohibited use
Customers may not resell, republish, systematically scrape, mirror or redistribute the feed as a competing data product; attempt to defeat access controls; or use Radar for unlawful activity.
6. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Founding access is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout. The founding price is $79 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Customers may cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal available from the member dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Howell Commerce Co. does not provide prorated or retroactive refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, does not use the service, cancels before the period ends, or does not obtain a project award, customer response, revenue or profit. Refunds or billing corrections may be provided where required by law or for verified duplicate, unauthorized, billing-error, or unresolved access/delivery charges. See the Refund Policy for details. Founding pricing may differ from pricing offered to later new customers.
7. Suspension and termination
Howell Commerce Co. may suspend access for misuse, unauthorized redistribution, fraud or security abuse. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not erase obligations arising before cancellation. Customers remain responsible for lawful use of source information.
