This page is designed to eliminate blind spots. The current BAS26 universe contains 947 incorporated-place records. It loads the current U.S. Census TIGERweb incorporated-place universe for Missouri, sorts it south-to-north, and overlays the municipal sources already verified by Howell Opportunity Radar. A place stays visible even when no useful permit portal is found.

Municipality coverage registry

Default does not mean ignored. “Covered via fallback” means the municipality is in the official master universe and already inherits county, MissouriBUYS, MoDOT, DNR and planning/public-record checks, while its best direct municipal source is still being verified.

State-level municipal code metadata is also cross-checked against Missouri’s published City Building Codes dataset. Radar uses this list for completeness; it does not imply Census is a permit source.
